All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable except:
You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt the products. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

• When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receipt the products  
• Any item not in its original packing and label
• When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
• Has been used
• Damaged for reasons not due to our error

You are required providing order number, invoice details and photos in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange.

• Our customer service will always send a reminder message to our customer throughout our loT GPS Apps and WhatsApp group before 30 days expiration date.
